Pick #1: FVV PA Over 26.5 (-115 DK)

Fred VanVleet is coming off of a career year and is primed to put up big numbers against the New York Knicks' struggling defense this Sunday.

FVV has molly whopped the Knicks all 3 games he's played against them this year, going over 26.5 PA in all 3 (With just points mind you). In the last 2 weeks of play, the Knicks have given up the 4th most assists to pgs and the 12th most points, meaning FVV has a good matchup going into the game. The Knicks are without Mitchell Robinson, who is an excellent defender, meaning FVV and CO should be able to get to the rim for pts and assists. The Raptors are without OG for this game, and in games this season FVV has played without OG, he's gone over this line all 4.

Considering VanVleet's recent performance and the Knicks' below average defense, it's reasonable to believe that VanVleet will exceed the 26.5 points and assists line. A nugget of info that I don't think really matters, FVV has gone under this line in his last 4 games at home, so this could be seen as a bounce back spot for him as he has been torching people on the team's most recent 3 game road trip (3/3). He missed the team's most recent game against Boston due to rib soreness, but he seems to be good to go.
