Gimme some Jimmy here man. Jimmy had a rare day off yesterday so he could get ready for this one.
Butler has been going off lately, nearly 28 points in his last 10 games. Tonight he’s going against the Knicks, who Butler put up 33 and 35 points against earlier this month already.
Additionally, the Knicks have been out of sorts lately. They’re just not playing that well on defense in general. As it relates to Jimmy, they’re giving up the 5th most points to SFs over the past 15 games.
I’ll take a player who is on fire versus a team that is in a funk all day. Jimmys previous performance vs the Knicks is an added bonus.
The Heat are also on day 2 of a double-header in which Jimmy didn’t play Game 1. That’s huge. Do we really think he’s NOT gonna be the focal point of the offense tonight…?
