Pick #4: Lance Lynn(CHW) under 18.5 outs recorded(-200)

This line has been up down and all around today.  I think it dropped on DK at -185, has dropped down to -225 and could be found at -200 on Bet MGM at the time of writing this.  I'm surprised it hasn't moved down to 17.5.  But, I love me a good inning break to keep a pitcher on the bench and under their recorded outs line so I'm in on the 18.5.

Lynn has yet to go back out and record any outs in the 7th inning this season.  His longest outing was 6.0 against the Twins.  In that start, he managed to avoid giving up any walks.  His other three starts of 5.2, 4.1 and 5.1 innings have all included 3+ BB.  Toronto is in the top half of the league(barely) in both pitches/plate appearance and walks taken.  Minnesota(Lynn's longest start) is in the bottom half of the league in both those categories.  If we see the Jays taking multiples walks, that'll be a very good sign.  Lynn is also 35.  He can but, not many guys are still eating up innings at that age.

No line from the Pine Bot on this one at the time of publishing but, if one comes out I will update.  I'd be setting the bot to look at starts from this season(Last 4) and Lynn is under in all of those so, I think the Pine Bot would agree.  Lock it in.
