Swiatek will faceoff Gauff in what will be a rematch of last years final in the quarterfinals of this year. It might seem like the chance for Gauff to take revenge but Iga has been unplayable this tournament. She won all her games in straight sets and has only dropped 9 games so far in this tournament, winning 4 out of 7 sets she has played 6-0. Yes Gauff is good and talented but I don’t think she has what it takes to trouble Swiatek today. Their h2h is 6-0 in Siatek’s favor and in RG final last year Swia dominated by winning 6-1 6-3. This is her favorite surface and I don’t think she will lose a set or be forced to go to 7 games in any of the sets today.
