Pick #5: Phoenix Suns ML (-140 Betway)

Even if Durant is OUT tonight, Phoenix should be able to cruise by Toronto with them coming into this game having lost yesterday to the Nets. Not only did Toronto just play yesterday, it was also a road game, though the trip back to Toronto from Brooklyn is only about a 2 hour flight. Regardless, I am firm believer that Toronto, as a team, are awful and are not even close to Phoenix in that regard. With the line being set this low for Phoenix, hard to not play it considering those factors. Head to head in their last 10 matchups, Phoenix has only won 4, but both teams are fairly different since last year, with Phoenix shoring up it's bench and getting KD and Booker more acclimated to playing with one another, while Toronto lost FVV in FA and have been incredibly inconsistent, with Siakam looking iffy most games and Scottie being on/off. Toronto are 8-10, and 5-4 at home, while Phoenix are 11-6, and 7-2 as the away team. Since Devin Booker has returned to the lineup, Phoenix hasn't lost in 7 straight games, 2 of which were without KD. My Pine model gives phoenix a 61% chance to win this one.
