Pick #6: Over 2.5 goals (Unibet @1.50)

Man City and Real Madrid played out a thrilling 3-3 draw in the Champions League quarter-finals on Tuesday and the second leg at the Etihad Stadium should also not disappoint.

The first leg was tumultuous with Man City taking the lead after only two minutes before Real Madrid hit back to lead 2-1 after 14 minutes.

City then netted another two after the break to take control but a 79th-minute goal from Federico Valverde levelled the scores at 3-3, meaning it is all to play for in the second leg.

It was a similar situation last season when, in the semi-finals, the first leg between the sides finished 1-1 before City destroyed Real Madrid 4-0 at the Etihad Stadium.

And while the gap between the teams has undoubtedly narrowed since that match, City have what it takes to again win the second leg.

They turned on the style on Saturday with a 5-1 thrashing of Luton Town in the Premier League, extending their unbeaten home run to 41 games in all competitions.

Pep Guardiola’s men have barely put a foot wrong in the Champions League this season, either, winning eight successive matches prior to the 3-3 draw with Real Madrid.

To squeeze more value out of the match, though, punters should back a City win and over 2.5 goals – which has clicked in three of City’s last four assignments.

With Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo, Real Madrid carry a potent attacking threat and they have netted an impressive 21 goals in the Champions League this season.

They can therefore contribute to a high-scoring clash but it is City who should come out of it victorious.

As for a correct score pick, City may not completely run away with it and 3-1 looks like an appropriate wager.
