Kevin Love Over 10.5 Pts+Reb (-110 DK)

Love and other role players need to step up tonight with the loss of Jimmy Butler. The Heat are going to need three-point shooting as the Bulls will pack the paint. The Bulls are going to rely on the weakside help to cover a lot of ground when they go for trapping guys in the paint off drives. Quick passes will hurt them for looks for threes which is where Love steps in or even a guy like Caleb Martin. Love played 17 minutes last game and should play probably closer to 20 tonight. In 10 games without Butler and Rozier but with Adebayo and Herro, he’s played 14+ minutes in 7 of those 10 games. He’s gone over this prop in 8 of those 10 games with Adebayo & Herro but without Butler & Rozier. When you factor 14+ minutes into the equation, he’s gone over in 7 of 7 games. Jovic only played 14 minutes and I think they rely on the veteran Love more tonight in a must win game.

Trey Murphy Over 16.5 Pts (-125 BET365)

Murphy as a starter has been a much more aggressive player this season and they’ll need him to be in attack mode as the Kings have struggled to defend the three against the Pelicans where they’ve shot 45% on average in the regular season series. Without Zion they’ll want to be able to get out in transition where they are at their best and he and McCollum are the guys that do well in transition. He’s scoring 1.25 points per possession. The Kings are going to try and blitz McCollum and Ingram which should open up three-point opportunities and cuts to the basket for the rollers in Pick & Roll.  In two games without Zion but with CJ & Ingram while playing 30+ minutes, he scored 24 and 27 points. As a starter he is averaging 18 points per game as well. If the Pelicans get out in pace, Murphy will be a big part of that game plan without Zion (A line of 17.5 is okay as well).
