Last night was heartbreaking with the Pacers fouling with 4 seconds left to hand Charlotte the 1 point victory. Clearly though, there was something on with that 'upset' pick, as it looked for the first half like Indiana should NOT have been the underdog. Anyways, 1-2 in this weeks LIIC and still in the chase for now.
Today, going with the same plan on the Dallas Mavericks. Current ML underdogs but my model is showing over 53% probability for them to get the victory. I am expecting a big year out of Luka Doncic, the heir to the Nowitzki franchise throne, and with Porzingis starting the year presumably healthy, we may finally have a chance to see this duo play a full season together. Dallas went 4-0 in Preseason games including wins in Milwaukee and Charlotte as well as against Utah and LAC. Here's to hoping they get off to a hot start! Let's go Mavs!!!
