Tonight, on The Dog Pound, we used the Player Prop Projection along with the Prediction AI Model tool to see how the underdogs, Boston Celtics, would hold out against the LA Lakers.
On their starting lineup, the Celtics had Jayson Tatum, Al Horford, Robert Williams III, Marcus Smart, and Dennis Schroder. The Prop Projection predicted Tatum to score 27.38, Horford 13.94, and Smart 13.87.
One of the Celtic’s top players, player Jaylen Brown, was projected to score 15 points tonight. However, the robot creating the projections could not predict his wellbeing after a previous hamstring strain, which prevented him from playing.
Overall, with a 107.8673 defensive rating and 110.3062 offensive ratings, the Celtics have a chance to beat the Lakers. The Lakers have a defensive rating of 109.6901 and an offensive rating of 108.0077, making it a close predicted game.
