This doesn't require much analysis and can be summed up in one word, CONSISTENCY!!! That being said, here are some numbers for you. He has hit this in 10 of the last 10 games with only 2 of those games having less than 4 SOG and an average of 4.6 SOG. On top of that he has only missed this in 4 of 25 games with an average of 3.72 SOG.
He has had 4 SOG in both games against the Blues this year, including the first game of this round on Tuesday.
As if that weren't enough data, lets look at his trend for the year. He has been clearly trending up with a huge trend up since March.
I believe the Avs are going to continue to be aggressive and Nichushkin is clearly a big part of that. I am hammering the over with a line that I think should be 3.5.
