Todays MLB Player Prop takes us to the big apple. In game 1, the Mets continued there hot streak, beating the Nationals 13-5. After a dominant win, I'm expecting the Mets to come out strong again tonight.

Francisco Lindor 1+ Hit/Mets Moneyline +104

Francisco Lindor started the season facing some criticisms for his slow offensive start. Despite being one of the best all around shortstops in the game, his large contract definitely lead to some unfair criticisms. Despite that, Lindor has been absolutely tearing it up over the last couple weeks and now gets a great matchup. Lindor is hitting .268 on the season, but that's improved to .348 over his last 7 games (1+ in 10/L12). Lindor recorded 3 hits in there blowout win against the Nationals last night, and has a good history against Corbin. In 7 games, he's recorded 6 hits, batting .300, I'm expecting Lindor to stay hot here.

A lot of the reason we've seen Corbin improve recently is actually very similar to Erick Fedde (last nights starter). Both pitchers have been attacking hitters with first pitch strikes, improving there overall strike/ball ratio progressively. This was working very well when batters were sitting back and taking pitches, but as we saw last night, the Mets have clearly figured out that aggressively attacking these starters early in the count is the way to go. Beyond just Corbin, this nationals bullpen has got to be ridiculously tired. After a long weekend with a double header, Fedde was only able to make it 1,1 innings last night. Its gonna be a tough series for Nationals pitchers, and I'm not convinced that lineup can keep up with the Mets tonight.
