The Pirates are having a gut-wrenchingly poor season. Between Paul Goldschmidt going absolutely insane yesterday with 8 RBI's and being one strike away from being no-hit by Miles Mikolas, it was a rough day. It's easy to lose track of the bright spots on the team and many would be shocked to know that Reynolds is one of the hottest hitters in baseball. He's on a 6 day hitting streak and is hitting a gob stopping .410 in the month of June. He's going to cause lots of trouble for Cardinals SP Jack Flaherty tonight, as he makes his first start of the season. Flaherty has looked somewhat sharp in the Minors but getting adjusted to big league hitters will be tough and I think he gets a little bit shelled tonight.
