Today as POTD I will chose 25yrs old Kolar. He played great around RG where he did get through qualies, beat Pouille and played more than 4h and 4 sets with Tsitsipas. Then I gues because of satisfaction his form decreased and lost 3time in 1st round. Than at Wimbledon in qualies he won 2 matches and lost to Vavassori. I saw him live now in Salzburg when he lost to Neuchrist 76,63 and I liked how he played. He was little unlucky and Neuchrist played great (he defeated than Carballes and won set from Bagnis) During weekend Kolar lost again, but even match at german bundesliga with Martinez Portero he lost 46,75,10-5 and in doubles together with Agamenone he beat Zapata/Rehberg 63,63
27yrs Ferreira had in May 2x QF and retired in 1st round. At Wimbledon he lost to Tirante 64,62 and now on hard courts he lost to Gengel 57,62,63 and that is bad loss and in Porto Lestienne retired at 75,21 and lost to McHugh 76,61. He also played bundesliga, in his case 2nd and he beat Crepatte (he is not playing much anymore) in hard 3sets 62,67,10-8 and in doubles he lost with Wessels to Roca/Esteve 63,63.
Eventhough Kolar lost now lot of matches I can see he is improving and that he confirmed to me in Salzburg
