Parlay – Marterer, Wasserman. 2/5 @ 2,65.

Fajta – Wasserman. Metzingen future, Germany. QF, clay

I consider the 22-year-old Wasserman as very good player, and now he confirms it again. He beat Boehler smoothly 63.62 and thus follows on from the recent SF in The Hague where he defeated Luz and lost to Sels in 3 sets. Fajta, after not quite good performances on clay (losses to Sharipov, Comesana with only 5games and Artnak), defeated Sperle and Vanneste here. But Vanneste doesn't play well so it wasn't that hard a draw. That's why I'm going to try Wasserman here – he plays well, is confident and has great strokes

Piros – Marterer. Tampere challenger, Finland. QF, clay

The 27-year-old Marterer is on the comeback trail and playing well. Since the beginning of June, he has a record of 19-4 (incl. 2 wins n the Bundesliga as well). Here he beat Forejtek 62.60 and Furness 63.61. He plays great. I like the 22-year-old Piros, but I also think that his form has dropped a bit. Here he beat Borg 62,63 and Sorrentino 36,76,62 and it wasn't such a tough draw. In Amersfoort he defeated Ritschard and lost in 3 sets to T. Griekspoor. In the Bundesliga, he lost 64.62 to DelBonis. Certainly I am not saying that he plays badly, but I think that Marterer plays in superb form
