Today we have a nice + money spot betting on two very consistent hitters. The early game starts at 2:20 PM EST, so make sure to get these bets in early.

Ian Happ/Andres Gimenez 1+ Hit +107 FD

Ian Happ is one of those guys that you need to get in certain circumstances, but once he’s there he’s golden. Happ has one of the more insane home/road splits you'll see from a batter, averaging .325 at home and .238 on the road. Happ has had success against opposing pitcher Bryse Wilson, going 3-5 with an additional three walks (although Wilson hasn't walked a batter in his last two outings). Wilson currently holds a 1-5 record with 6.52 ERA and an insane .391 OBA against left handed hitters. Happ has come back from the all-star break strong, recording a hit in each of the four games (2+ hits in 2/4) and now gets a team he’s comfortable against, batting .391 vs PIT this season.

Picking the right Guardians player was tough, I started with Steven Kwan, but the odds on Gimenez were hard to ignore. Coming off the excitement off his first all-star game you would think a mini-slump was a possibility, but he’s come back strong, recording 1+ hit in 5/5 and 2+ in 3/5. Gimenez  currently boasts a .304 batting average, which improves to .310 vs right handed pitching. He’s facing off against Josh Winckowski who currently holds a 3-4 record, 4.38 ERA, and a .271 OBA against lefties. He throws around 60% sinker/slider, which Gimenez bats .375/.344, then about 40% 4SFB/changeup, which he averages .232/.330 against. This should be another solid matchup for the All-Star.
