The Royals are coming into this game off a losing streak in the series against Detroit. I think they'll be tired heading into this game without any rest and a day of travel, while the Guardians are coming off a series win against the Rays and are back home for today's game.
Civale getting 4 K's and 10 K's against the team the Royals lost to bodes well for us.

Although the Royal's batting average has gotten better over this season, they're still batting at about a .250 on the road. The past few games they were much higher than that, but I think the regress to the mean today.
The head to head matchup also is promising, a 19.7 K% with some high K% hitters in the bottom of the lineup.
Looking at the K% of the Royals lineup is a very good sign that they're basically all over 21% K%.
