Yes Qatar are hosts and they have the public support and so on but they were awful aginst Ecuador. I genuinely believe that match could have been like 4 or 5 to nil if Ecuador didn’t slow down and Qatar still couldnt register a signle shot on target. Senegal had a good match against NL and I view them higher than Ecuador even without Mane. Senegal got a solid defense and an interesting attack which should be able of scoring at least 1 goal, they came close against NL but Noppert made some great saves. So, imo unless some sort of rigging goes on here I do not see how that team that played so shit against Ecuador can compete against Senegal today.
