After a tough day yesterday having us miss by 1 SOG with Chabot and Stutzle leaving the game injured just 5 minutes in, we are ready to bounce back with 2 great spots here.

Carter Verhagehe has been a surprise to most this year. The talent winger has been a staple in many SOG plays and for some reason, he is at a quite reasonable price today. Verhaeghe is on line 1, meaning his ice time will be very good AND he has been automatic at home. He has hit in 4 of his L5 games overall BUT the real magic is at home. In the 13 home games this year, Carter has hit in 11 of them. He has hit in 4 in a row AND he faces off against the 2nd highest SOG rate in the NHL tonight, the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Another guy who has been sneaky good as of late (for SOG) is Taylor Hall.  Hall has recently been downgraded from a top 6 role to the 3rd line, but his SOG lines have gone through the rough. Now the main option on Line 3, Hall has hit in 4 games in a row and 7 of his L8 games. He has been easily clearing this line as of late and his opponent tonight, the New York Islanders give up the 2nd most SOG to LWers in the NHL.

The Bet:
Taylor Hall Over 2.5 SOG (-114)
Carter Verhaghe Over 2.5 SOG (-113)
  Parlay the 2 (+253)
