Expect fireworks as the Rangers' power-hitting trio - Seager, Garcia, and Jung - take on Diamondbacks' struggling ace, Zac Gallen, in Game 1 of the World Series.

In the world of MLB, it's a rarity when the Texas Rangers and Arizona Diamondbacks square off, especially in a series as prestigious as the World Series. But folks, that's exactly what we're getting this Friday. These underdogs are coming in hot and ready to battle it out for the ultimate glory. And let me tell you, it's shaping up to be a spectacle.

First up, we've got the Texas Rangers, who have been absolutely feasting on right-handers this postseason. The trio of Corey Seager, Adolis Garcia, and Josh Jung have been making pitchers look like they're throwing batting practice.

Seager, and Garcia have been on a war march. In his 12 playoff appearances, Seager's batting .333 with five doubles, three homers, and six RBIs. His recent form is as scorching as Texas BBQ sauce, with hits in seven of the past ten games, including two doubles and three home runs. And hey, let's not forget Garcia, who has a four-game HR streak going on.

On the other side of the diamond, the Arizona Diamondbacks are putting their faith in right-hander Zac Gallen. Now, Gallen’s had a decent regular season, going 17-9 with a 3.47 ERA, but he's been looking a bit shaky in the postseason. The dude's been handing out hits like candy on Halloween, allowing 24 hits, 6 HRs, and 13 ERs in just 22 innings.

The Rangers' lineup, particularly those left-handed hitters, could make things even harder for him. Gallen has allowed four homers to LHBs in just nine innings this postseason. Not the best stat to have when you're up against a power-hitting lineup in a stadium that ranks 6th for most HRs in MLB this season.

Plus, Gallen's got a worrying 9.2 barrel percentage. For those not in the know, that's the percentage of batted-ball events with a launch angle and exit velocity that typically leads to a minimum .500 batting average and 1.500 slugging percentage. In layman's terms, that means when batters are connecting with Gallen's pitches, they're hitting them hard and far.

Adding to that, his average exit velocity is 92mph with a 47% hard hit rate. So, if Gallen's recent performance and these metrics hold steady, it's likely he's going to be coughing up runs against this Rangers lineup.

Don't get me wrong, Gallen’s a solid pitcher, but he’s going to need to find his A-game to keep the Rangers' hitters in check. Meanwhile, the Rangers will be looking to let loose and put some balls into the stands.

So, if you're looking for a game with some serious potential for fireworks, tune in on Friday. This World Series is about to get wild. This is why I like the Rangers team total over 2.5 runs first 5 innings +105.
