Anyone who has been following me knows that shots on goal has been a frustrating market, although has seen some returns to normalcy this past week. I started dabbling into the points market and found a play that I absolutely love, so I will be taking this tonight.
Steven Stamkos has become a bit of a notorious figure with his shots on my page, but for points he is still one of the premier players in the NHL. Stamkos has 1 point in 8 of his L10 games, including 8 games in a row. Stamkos, once again is a PPG player this year with 27 points in 22 games and shows no signs of slowing down this year.

Jack Hughes is on the opposite end of the spectrum. The young phenom is on his way up and in my opinion began to cement himself as one of the leagues best stars. Hughes, like Stamkos, has 1 point in 8 of his L10 games and 26 points in 23 games this year. Hughes has 8 points in his L5 at home and I love for him to keep it up.

My favorite part of these matchups is the opponents. Stamkos faces off against the Philadelphia Flyers, who have given up 4.1 goals in their last 10 games. They have given up 4+ goals in 6 straight as well.
Hughes faces off against the Nashville Predators, who have given up 3.8 goals in their last 10 away games. Predators goalie, Juuse Saros is struggling away from home as well, with a 5.17 GAA and a .843 Save % on the road this year.
