He used to be the top prospect for the Bluejays until he got traded to the Marlins. Today Groshans is playing the Mets and facing Carlos Carrasco. What also helps Lauer in this spot to hit the over is that he's worse on the road this year walking 31 in 78 innings.

Contreras is a pitcher that walks a ton of guys and loses his command a lot. Contreras averages 2.3 walks on the road this year. As we all know Judge would walk at least once this game vs Contreras maybe twice.

Sonny Gray Over 4 Ks on PrizePicks is a great play for today. Gray lately has been pitching really well on the mound for the Twins. Going back to the last 10 starts for Gray he's posted a 1.73 ERA through those starts. Today he has a tough matchup vs the Guardians. As we know that the Guardians are not a huge strikeout team, but in the last 2 weeks they have a 21% K rate vs RHP. Nothing to crazy high, but for the Guardians that is kind of a high number for a team that puts the ball in play a lot.
Saquon Barkley Over 74.5 Rush Yards is the play on PrizePicks tomorrow. Seeing Barkley explode last week for 164 yards on 18 rushes. The Panthers have a really bad rush defense ranking 24th in run defense. The Giants don't have the best offensive line, but for Barkley he makes it work. Barkley is pretty much the whole Giants offense. Barkley is like a JT were he's going to get the work load and the TDs in most of the games he plays. Saquon hasn't faced the Panthers since his rookie year in 2018. Can't really compare that 2018 team to now, because they are different. Last week the Panthers faced the Browns and gave up a total of 217 rushing yards. Nick Chubb had 141 of those and Barkley should get around the same number tomorrow. The fact that the Browns were just feeding the ball to Chubb last week was nuts. With the no offense that the Giants have you kinda have to compare it to the Browns.
